Absolute I & D supplies supervised labor resources for installation and dismantling of client exhibits used at tradeshows, for corporate programs, and on consumer road tours. With multiple labor offices and storage hubs throughout the United States, we can provide fast and efficient service all over the country. The hallmark of our I&D program is the training of our supervisory staff to always remain a step ahead of the rules and regulations that govern our labor pool, as well as the sites of installation. Additionally a supervisory team is assigned by account to assure familiarity with exhibit properties and client’s individual needs.

Supervision 
Our lead supervisors have widespread knowledge in managing labor for installation and dismantle and a range of other staffing jobs. Supervisors stay with your project throughout the event, guiding on-site labor and working with sub-contractors as necessary to guarantee the success of the event. Our supervisors are consistently assigned to the same customers to offer the best, most personalized service.
Warehousing & Asset Management
Absolute I & D has warehouse space that is available for both short or long term storage of client exhibition properties. We utilize regional storage facilities with our local partners and we have our own warehousing in southern California, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Chicago. We manage our own emergency repair facilities in many of our service cities and we have agreements with local shops in other cities. Our asset management program allows that a client’s exhibit property is inspected, repaired, and ready-to-go to meet their calendar of events.
Show Management & Shipping Services
The tradeshow paperwork nightmare stops here. The annoyance of the endless forms for carpet, electrical, outbound and return shipping, EAC notification, rigging, and forklift orders can be handled in-house. All shipping coordination will be handled through the Absolute I&D office with the utmost attention paid to both the quality and budget-worthiness of our service suppliers.
Decorating and Rental Services
Absolute I & D provides a wide variety of additional services for our clients upon request. These rental services are coordinated through our local vendor network and include exhibition property, furniture, plant and floral services, and audio visual equipment.
Graphics
Whether it’s a complete graphic solution for your entire exhibit, or a restoration or a repair; if it’s graphic, we will keep your exhibit looking brand new. You will have our entire graphic department at your disposal. We provide the widest output, the cleanest photos and the best finishing in the industry.
